Multi-Kut® Flat 
Obtain almost any required finish simply by changing the feed pressure.
Multi-Kut® Flat Files are single-cut coarse tooth files that taper toward
the point in width. Simonds exclusive Multi-Kut® design features a diamond
pattern "double chip-breaker" allowing for fast stock removal while
leaving a smooth finish. So versatile, the Simonds Multi-Kut® combines
the performances of Flat and Mill Files.
Machinist Files, generally double-cut, are excellent for hogging (rapid stock removal) on all types of material.
Saw Files, generally single-cut, are great for smoother finishes and best suited for sharpening saws or dressing edged tools.
